I began my career in 1992 with one of the worlds leading hotels, The Taj Mahal in Mumbai, after completing hotel management from Dadar Catering College,Mumbai,and worked with the renowned British luxury cruise liner P&O Cruises as a senior chef.
In the year 1998, came to Goa & had a dream of starting a fine dining restaurant.
With God's grace & all your wishes started this innovative European restaurant in 2007.
Our food here is freshly prepared & is one of the finest & best ingredients available. It is cooked to order by a team of experienced chefs who have been personally trained by me.
Utmost hygienic standards are paramount.
The wines in-turn have been carefully selected to blend with the food.
